I'm so sorry if I stressed anyone out omg I really thought it was broken and I tried to fix it but turned out that my computer just forgot what it was and needed time to figure itself out.
waited about half a day, restarted it a few times, re-entered the installation disk and now its back to normal.

I thought my tablet broke so I spent most of my money on a new one...
Turned out that my computer is the problem (yay)
but ya I cant make digital art anymore so I'll probably never post again
